Portfolio Manager/Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Schedule and maintain audit calendars for assigned communities, prepare Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans, and draft management agreements for existing and new developments. Maintain accurate monthly occupancy and state tenant data reporting, mail utility reimbursement checks, and ensure all documents are organized on the shared drive. Submit HAP vouchers, correct HAP ledgers, and process lease up files to the investor portal while tracking EIV compliance and utility allowances. Collaborate with managers to draft responses for state agency, HUD, and lender requests, and prepare documents for LIHTC and funding applications. Assist new field associates with account access and support daily file processing for move-ins and re-certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in affordable housing programs including one of more of the following: LIHTC, Section 8, PRA 811, and HOME
- Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while performing computer-based and administrative tasks
- Travel with notice required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficient in Real Page OneSite preferred
- Certifications preferred: COS, COS-V, HCCP, EIV Specialist
