Job Summary
Lead, train, and performance manage a team of Building Managers across a portfolio of strata-titled residential and commercial buildings. Plan weekly priorities to provide effective oversight, delegate tasks appropriately, and conduct monthly building inspections with onsite training. Perform monthly building performance reviews and 6-monthly staff reviews. Act as the senior point of contact for Committees, strata managers, residents, and contractors, attending meetings to present reports professionally. Escalate complex or high-risk matters to senior leadership as required. Requires minimum 4 years in residential strata management and 1–2 years in portfolio leadership. Full-time role, Monday to Friday, $140,000 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' experience specifically in residential strata titled building management
- At least 1–2 years' experience in a portfolio management, senior building management, or team leadership capacity
- Direct experience working with strata Committees, Owners Corporations, and strata managers
- Full working rights in Australia
- Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel between sites across Sydney as required
- Intermediate-to-advanced computer skills
- Construction White Card and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
