Job Summary
Develop investment strategy and provide advice on portfolio management for clients while finalizing Investment Policy Statements (IPS). Lead client service teams by serving as the primary advisor for G2 and G3 clients and handling day-to-day calls for G1 clients. Contribute to the leadership of the investment group, mentor Portfolio Analysts and Associates, and conduct independent research to propose thoughtful solutions. Manage competing priorities and build financial models using advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Meaningful progress toward the CFA designation
- Series 65 license
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in investment management and/or financial services

- Be highly organized and able to manage competing priorities, take direction from multiple team members, and consistently meet deadlines
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams, with a positive and collegial attitude
- Demonstrate sound professional judgment, discretion, and high standards of integrity
- Demonstrates advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and analyze financial models
- Be comfortable learning and using investment software, CRM systems, and other technology tools
- Show a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and achieving positive outcomes for clients
