Portfolio Manager-Asset Lending

Manage an assigned ABL credit portfolio, including direct/agented facilities and purchased participations; monitor credit risk and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Underwrite ancillary credit exposure to support customer needs and assist Underwriting with new transactions. Deepen customer relationships through regular meetings, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with operations, field examination, appraisal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting and loan monitoring. Mentor and train junior team members and collaborate across functions to escalate credit concerns to senior management while ensuring effective documentation and execution of transactions.
