Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties by overseeing leasing, pricing, compliance, and maintenance. Manage and mentor leasing, admin, and maintenance staff to hit goals while driving NOI, financial reporting, and Section 8 paperwork with precision. Identify opportunities for improvement and lead light rehab projects as needed. Partner with accounting teams, senior leaders, and vendors to deliver consistent results. This role involves shaping strategy within a mission-driven organization focused on affordable housing in the Pacific Northwest.
Required Qualifications
