Job Summary
Conduct detailed pre-trade analysis to size trades, assess platform capacity, and evaluate liquidity and client impacts. Create and syndicate trade plans that account for sequencing and adherence to allocation policies, presenting key nuances to the Global Portfolio Management team. Maintain daily communication throughout the trade lifecycle with internal and external partners, escalating risks and issues as needed. Perform post-trade analysis versus expectations and ensure appropriate documentation is completed. Drive efficiency improvements within the trade coordination team and partner with technology teams on workflow enhancements. Assist in day-to-day oversight activities for the Six Circles mutual fund complex.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of investment solutions
- Demonstrated track record of building relationships and partnering effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels (investment, trading, operations, and client-facing teams)
- Prior experience operating within a risk and controls framework
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound judgment in execution
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to synthesize trade considerations for broad audiences
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced PowerPoint
- Python
- Experience working with large datasets (analysis, automation, workflow efficiency)
Desired Qualifications
- Wealth management/private banking experience
- CFA designation
- Progress toward CFA
