Job Summary
Senior Principal role responsible for Portfolio Management and Business Enablement for Digital Platforms at AIA. Accountable for program delivery, platform governance over BAU and new projects, and leading a team of technology business analysts and project managers. Drives customer-first outcomes by shaping and delivering digital platform initiatives, leveraging data and stakeholder feedback to prioritise initiatives, and ensuring solutions align with business goals and continuous improvement. Requires collaboration with senior stakeholders, ability to translate requirements into functional specifications, and governance across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in digital delivery, project management, SDLC with a focus on digital projects and platforms
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of business analysts, project managers and engaging with technical teams
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders
