Job Summary
Monitor distressed loan and REO portfolio performance, preparing regular management reports and analyzing trends to identify risks and opportunities. Support the Portfolio Manager in executing recovery strategies, reviewing customer settlement proposals, and evaluating real estate search results and property valuations. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely information exchange, maintain accurate portfolio databases, and facilitate effective portfolio management. Forecast, budget, and track performance activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, banking, debt/NPL servicing, investments or financial analysis
- Good understanding of restructuring strategies, debt servicing and cash flow prioritization
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills
- fluency in English (written and spoken)
