Job Summary
Drive strategy and portfolio direction for advanced semiconductor materials while leading a global, cross-functional team across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Consult with leadership to set long-term strategic direction and execute operating plans for complex markets, developing business solutions for multi-faceted challenges. Provide marketing leadership covering customer insights, economic analysis, market research, new product introductions, pricing, and CRM strategy. Plan and direct all marketing activities including market research, channel/product marketing, digital, branding, and price optimization. Coach team members to optimize pricing, merchandising, and sales processes while serving at the Management Operations Committee or Leadership Team level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Twelve (12) years of semiconductor/ or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years of experience in a P&L leadership role managing teams of at least ten (10) members in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- All US-based 3M full time employees will need to sign an employee agreement as a condition of employment with 3M

- It also has provisions discussing conflicts of interest and how inventions are assigned
- Employees that are Job Grade 7 or equivalent and above may also have obligations to not compete against 3M or solicit its employees or customers, both during their employment, and for a period after they leave 3M
Desired Qualifications
- MBA and Master's degree in chemical engineering, material science or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Experience leading a portfolio of products totaling over $200 Million
- Experience setting strategy and vision for organizations of over 20 product managers
- Experience leading a global team spanning multiple time-zones, with an emphasis on APAC market
- More than Fifteen (15) years of semiconductor/ or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strategic leadership with strong decision‐making capability
- Executive‐level communication and stakeholder influence
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring high‐performing teams
