Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive understanding of radiometric and molecular products to provide insight into applications and growth opportunities. Build product portfolios by collaborating with global marketing leaders to represent customer needs in ongoing and new growth strategies. Perform competitive research analysis mapping the landscape and develop sustainable strategies while providing product training for the global sales force. Manage customer segmentation processes and work with sales teams on price mapping, realization, and profitability strategies for Life Science reagents. Analyze portfolio dynamics including the life cycle process to build strategies for developing, promoting, or rationalizing products. This role supports scientific breakthroughs in diagnostics and life sciences across Italy within a supportive European team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to learn new software packages as needed
- Effective decision-maker
- Detail orientated
- Ability to develop, lead and manage projects in a time-oriented manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with external partners and customers
- Ability to analyze the financial performance of a complex global business
- Skilled in communication, presentation development and delivery
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~20%)
