Job Summary
Lead strategic planning for a defined client portfolio by identifying growth opportunities and aligning them with GHD's service offerings. Translate client needs into actionable strategies by coordinating with technical teams, market leaders, and project managers. Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing and potential accounts to build key relationships with decision-makers. Oversee CRM system implementation and maintenance, consult with customer representatives to clarify medium- to long-term needs, and lead cross-functional teams to configure bespoke product-and-services solutions. Negotiate agreements to ensure customer requirements are met at acceptable profitability levels. This role supports GHD's mission to ensure a sustainable future for communities and the world.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10-20 years of relative project experience including the coordination and management of projects in the environmental market
- Progressive experience in client relationship development/management and business development with strong client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation
- Ability to present technical information, both written and orally, in a concise and professional manner
- must have strong technical writing skills
- This position can be based in Atlanta, GA or King of Prussia, PA
