Job Summary
Monitor SME portfolio performance using reports and dashboards while preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, ensuring accurate records and data integrity through extraction, cleaning, and validation. Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to support portfolio management initiatives and ad hoc reporting requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Portfolio, Risk, Product, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Strong academic record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous internship, academic project, or coursework in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, banking, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence concepts
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Basic understanding of Power BI, SQL, MySQL, or similar reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data cleaning and validation skills
- Research and reporting skills
