Job Summary
Provide initial training and ongoing support to managers and Financial Advisors using the Vestmark tool. Coordinate implementation of the firm's model delivery portfolios on behalf of managers and manage the proprietary mutual fund wrap program. Partner with Financial Advisors to enhance user experience by understanding goals and maximizing efficiency. Utilize analytical skills to identify process and workflow enhancements and complete ad hoc projects as necessary. This role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, a Bachelor's degree, and 0-2 years of related experience. Based in Philadelphia with full-time office hours required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of related industry experience
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required or ability to obtain within 6 months
- High ethical standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with competing demands for resource
- Demonstrate an interest/knowledge in financial markets
- Sound project and time management skills
- Collaborative spirit and a team player
- This role is based in Philadelphia with full time in the office required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial markets including equities, fixed income and/or mutual funds a plus
- Experience with Vestmark, Envestnet, APL/InvestCloud, Advent, Charles River or Bloomberg a plus
