Job Summary
Own ad monetization hands-on across all DECA games by reviewing waterfall configurations, managing network onboarding, and coordinating SDK maintenance with technical leads. Drive end-to-end store presence and product marketing for back-catalogue titles by planning custom store listings, optimizing metadata, and aligning messaging with live-ops beats. Maintain healthy paid campaigns across SDK networks, social, and search while running small-scale efficiency tests rather than scaling budgets. Build and maintain automations to cut manual overhead in reporting, MMP data handling, and creative briefs, consolidating scattered workflows into shared, productized systems. Establish consistent cross-studio reporting rhythms and unblock routine requests to keep stakeholders informed proactively. Deliver at least one meaningful AI-powered automation within the first 90 days to measurably reduce ongoing manual workload.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in mobile gaming
- experience working inside a mobile game studio (mandatory)
- At least 2 of those years in a mobile marketing function: ad monetization, product marketing, ASO, or UA
- You have personally built systems or tools using AI and used them in a real workflow
- Exceptional cross-team communication

- located in the Americas or Europe
- able to take occasional early-morning calls around 7am Pacific (if you're in the Americas) or late-afternoon/evening calls (if you're in Europe)
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with ad monetization stacks such as AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, or Google AdMob
- Meaningful exposure with a clear path to full ownership
- Experience with App Store and Google Play optimization, including Custom Store Listings and Custom Product Pages
- Working knowledge of attribution platforms including AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular
- Strong comfort with structured data handling and advanced Excel
- scripting, API integration, or low code experience
