Portfolio Finance Manager

Job Summary
Manage financial and commercial performance for a portfolio of energy infrastructure projects across the Americas region. Maintain full financial responsibility by partnering with project managers to track budget performance, prepare monthly Estimates at Completion, and execute Order-to-Cash internal controls. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and commercial contract terms while driving performance improvements through change orders and supplier claims. Monitor contract penalties, guarantees, and liquidated damages exposure, and organize lifecycle project reviews to report non-conformance costs. Oversee tax considerations and manage subcontractors to support delivery timelines. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of infrastructure project experience, and proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or Primavera.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience managing large infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong knowledge of project accounting methods including POC revenue recognition
- Advanced understanding of commercial contracts, risk management, and project lifecycle
- Experience negotiating with customers and suppliers
- Proficiency in systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Primavera, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel skills
- strong MS Office proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
