Portfolio Executive

Job Summary
Portfolio Executive to drive portfolio strategies and governance for Smoke-Free Products (including IQOS) in Taiwan. Responsible for coordinating product launches, cross-functional alignment across local, regional, and global teams, developing and managing portfolio materials, collaborating with Brand, Commercial, and Field teams to support front-line execution, managing external agencies, tracking budgets and ROI, ensuring regulatory and internal standards compliance, and contributing to long-term portfolio planning and strategic projects. Requires deep experience in marketing, portfolio management, or product management within FMCG or highly regulated industries, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Product/Portfolio Management
- Background in FMCG preferred, with openness to healthcare, medical, or other highly regulated industries
- Strong experience in consumer-facing execution, including product launches or campaign delivery
- Solid understanding of brand management and portfolio strategy
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
