Job Summary
Lead transformation of the PMO and define/deliver the organisation's change portfolio and Enterprise PMO. Translate business strategy into a prioritised portfolio of deliverable business and IT change programmes, ensure credible business cases, optimise delivery, and drive resource allocation and risk mitigation. Oversee portfolio across programmes, align initiatives with strategic objectives, manage budget, apply traditional and agile/lean methods, and mentor PMO teams while engaging senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Formal portfolio/change management qualifications essential (P3M, PfMP, MoP, CPM, PPS, QA/QC methods etc)
- University degree
