Job Summary
Lead and oversee a portfolio of Air Force and Space Force programs and contract vehicles, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance requirements. Manage portfolio financial performance, including revenue, forecasting, margin, and resource planning, while building strong client relationships with federal stakeholders. Provide leadership to program managers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve performance issues. Support business growth through recompetes, task order pursuits, and on-contract expansion opportunities. Requires 20+ years of experience managing federal defense programs and a Bachelor's degree. Salary range $157,500.00 - $283,500.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 20+ years of experience managing federal defense programs, contracts, or portfolios
- Experience overseeing large IDIQ, task order-based, or multi-program contracts supporting Air Force, Space Force, or other DoD customers
- Strong understanding of federal contracting, program delivery, and client management
- Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and communication skills
- Experience leading change management initiatives in complex, multi-program environments
- Ability to drive organizational and project-level change, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
- Ability to travel up to 50%
