Job Summary
Portfolio Development Lead responsible for defining and driving the portfolio strategy across NN Spain’s customer base, identifying growth, retention and cross-sell opportunities to create measurable business value. Role spans customer insight, segmentation and commercial action design to translate strategy into initiatives with real impact. Collaborates across Marketing, Product, Data, Call Center and Commercial teams to align stakeholders, prioritize opportunities and ensure execution. Focus areas include maximizing portfolio value and customer lifetime value, designing and evolving commercial action frameworks, driving retention by addressing churn drivers, and monitoring performance KPIs such as conversion, retention and lead quality. The role emphasizes cross-functional influence without direct authority and requires strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness and experience in analytics, CRM or digital marketing. English fluency and ability to work in an international environment are required. The position offers cross-functional exposure, potential career progression within NN Group and a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, strategy or portfolio-related roles (typically 5–8 years)
- Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness and experience in portfolio, marketing or strategy-related roles
- Fluent in English, working in an international environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Educational background in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar ( helps connect customer needs, objectives and execution )
