Job Summary
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, assist in NAV calculations, and monitor fund cash flows, capital calls, and distributions. Track financial performance of portfolio companies, reconcile reported figures, and prepare investor reports including capital account statements. Support execution of investment and divestment transactions, liaise with fund administrators and custodians, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Maintain and improve financial models, templates, and reporting tools to support data integrity across systems. Join DTCP Infra's team in Luxembourg to support digital infrastructure investments.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in fund administration or Big4
- Solid grasp of financial processes, LuxGaap and IFRS
- Thorough understanding of the Private Equity industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- High level of assertiveness coupled with the ability to work autonomously in a cooperative setting
- The desire and ability to work in a small, effective team environment
- Fluent English, both spoken & written
