Job Summary
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and LuxGAAP, including NAV calculations, fund account reconciliations, and monitoring of capital calls and distributions. Track financial performance of portfolio companies, maintain fund-level and asset-level data, and prepare investor reporting packages with capital account statements and performance summaries. Assist in the financial execution of investment and divestment processes, coordinate with fund administrators and custodians, and support audit processes through documentation preparation. Maintain and develop financial models, templates, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and process optimization. Requires 2–3 years of experience in fund administration or Big Four audit, strong analytical skills, and fluent English. Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in fund administration or within a Big Four audit firm
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting under LuxGAAP and IFRS
- Good knowledge of the private equity or alternative investments industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a small team environment
- High level of initiative and ownership in execution
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
