Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day association operations and administrative functions to maintain smooth community functioning. Work with Board Members, Senior Managers, and RM to develop strategic direction while ensuring activities align with the Board's mission, vision, and critical success factors. Develop, communicate, and monitor property budgets; review monthly finances to recommend anticipated shortfalls or excess funding. Coordinate, negotiate, and administer vendor contracts, then audit and approve invoices in accordance with accounting procedures. Prepare timely financial reporting, conduct monthly inspections of common properties, and prepare deed restriction violation communications. Attend all Board and annual meetings, distribute meeting notices and minutes, and administer procedures for enforcing recorded rules, regulations, policies, and laws. Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of community/association management experience or equivalent; CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of Community/Association management or equivalent experience
- Associates degree with 6-8 years of Community/Associate management or equivalent experience
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM Designation
- Proven verbal and written communication skills in order to interface with residents and Board members
- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with Board of Directors and vendors
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to adapt to change within the organization and the needs of the client
- Proficient in Windows and MS Office with excellent Excel capabilities
