Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day managing and coordinating of Association operations and administrative functions to maintain smooth community functioning. Develop strategic direction with Board Members and Senior Managers, ensuring alignment with mission and critical success factors. Manage property budgets, review monthly finances for funding recommendations, and negotiate vendor contracts in accordance with management agreements. Conduct monthly inspections of common properties, prepare deed restriction violation communications, and administer enforcement of recorded rules and regulations. Prepare timely financial reporting and distribute meeting notices, agendas, and minutes. Requires Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of Community/Association management experience, CMCA/AMS/PCAM designation, and proficiency in MS Office. Reports to Senior Manager of Property Management.

- Proficient in Windows and MS Office with excellent Excel capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of Community/Association management or equivalent experience, or Associates degree with 6-8 years of Community/Associate management or equivalent experience.
