Job Summary
Portfolio Community Manager leads operations for two communities, coaching the team, managing budgets and rent collections, overseeing leasing processes and compliance, coordinating maintenance and curb appeal, handling resident concerns with empathy, and reporting to the Asset Director while supporting client communications. Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and community engagement, with focus on delivering a welcoming environment for residents and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A high school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
