Job Summary
Portfolio Banker within the Commercial Banking team responsible for managing a portfolio of Emerging Middle Market clients with annual revenue between $20 million - $100 million. You will grow and retain profitable relationships by understanding clients’ needs and delivering solutions across Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Merchant Services. The role emphasizes building local market knowledge and deep connections, collaborating with internal partners, and leveraging technology to increase efficiency while maintaining risk controls and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Five years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Strategic and inquisitive mindset, knowledge of the bank and its offerings, and ability to gain support from partners to manage large client book
