Job Summary
Portfolio and Platform Lead will manage the lifecycle of MNCNH’s AI projects from proof-of-concept to regional or national scale across maternal, newborn, and child health programs; serve as a technical thought partner to grantees; drive human-centered design for AI tools; coordinate with ministries, partners, and governors to adopt AI in LMIC health systems; oversee integration with health information systems (FHIR, DHIS2, OpenMRS); develop and track AI project roadmaps, dashboards, and grant portfolios; ensure interoperability and scalable deployment across healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience managing AI, digital, or technology product portfolios
- Experience managing grants, contracts, or comparable investment vehicles
- Strong understanding of AI product development, evaluation, and adoption
- Unrestricted work authorization in the country of employment
- Willingness to undergo background check and comply with hiring requirements
