Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Group Manager - Marketing & Customer Analytics

Senior Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Group Manager leading Cards and Lending campaign delivery and analytics across Consumer Card, Business Card, UIL, HELOC, and Mortgage products. Own end-to-end campaign delivery governance, platform oversight (e.g., Experian Ascend Marketing), data flows, and performance insights; define the operating model for campaign execution; lead a 7-member team (4 FTEs and 3 contractors) and partner with Marketing, Credit Policy, Risk, Product, Data Science, and external vendors to ensure compliant, high-impact campaigns. Responsibilities include strategic campaign leadership, oversight of prescreen/non-prescreen campaigns, analytics, reporting across Branch/Online/Mobile/Call Center, market sizing and geography-based insights, and driving efficiency and scalability of processes. Preferred skills include experience with marketing analytics, campaign delivery, exposure to tools like Experian Ascend Marketing, Tableau, SQL, Hadoop, Hive, and Python; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
