Job Summary
Monitor portfolio performance and financial models across multiple real estate funds to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment decisions. Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and partners while collaborating with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to consolidate data and track key metrics. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, and assist in annual budgeting, reforecasting, and valuation processes for real estate portfolios. This role drives portfolio optimization and decision-making within a real estate investment firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 35 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, fund analysis, or portfolio management
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in fund-level modeling and performance tracking
- Proven ability to prepare and present financial data to executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with private equity real estate funds or REIT structures
- Understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and performance metrics
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
