Job Summary
Monitor stable value fixed income portfolios and support portfolio managers with construction, asset allocation analysis, and liquidity tracking. Track economic data and interest rate trends to summarize insights, while developing financial models to forecast scenarios and evaluate impacts on portfolio valuations. Manage trade support, data integrity, and investment reporting processes, collaborating on performance attribution and client presentation materials. Engage cross-functionally with relationship managers and product development teams. This role offers a strong foundation in portfolio management within a collaborative, intellectually rigorous investment environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related technical field
- Experience in fixed income, investment analysis, trading support, research or asset management
- Foundational understanding of bond markets, interest rate dynamics and economic market conditions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated interest and desire to build a long-term career in investment management
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with market data systems is a plus
- Previous experience supporting fixed income portfolio management
- Exposure to fixed income trading, portfolio reporting and data management
