Job Summary
Conduct deep analyses on servicing and investment portfolio performance, identifying trends, deviations, and optimization opportunities. Develop and refine collection models, applying scoring and segmentation to enhance results while translating complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Build clear, visual dashboards to track key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making across internal teams and clients. Proactively identify risks and opportunities, collaborating with Finance and Sales to balance customer value with profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Master's diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Applied Economic Sciences, Statistics or an equivalent field
- Strong analytical skills and a strong numerical insight
- A critical and results-oriented mindset
- The ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Fluent command of Dutch and English
