Job Summary
Ensure accurate cash flows for portfolio reports through collaboration with Asset Managers, Analysts, and Accountants. Perform variance analysis to identify trends and coordinate periodic reports for Senior Management. Answer valuation inquiries, track quarterly marking reviews, and maintain data integrity for investor letters and annual conferences. Support investment track record calculations and work closely with the Business Analyst to maintain financial models. Assist with special projects involving data gathering, analytics formulation, and trend explanation. Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting, enhance data validation, and develop dashboards for portfolio monitoring. Collaborate on evaluating AI use cases and implementing new policies for the Asset Management group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business analytics, real estate, or a related field
- 0–2 years of finance, accounting, real estate investment management, or related internship experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Superb organization, communication, and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with key concepts in finance, real estate, and reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with data management/mining and prior experience working on database analysis
- Strong track record of delivering accurate and timely information and reports
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
