Job Summary
Portfolio Administrator responsible for the proper and consistent execution of account administration for PNC Private Bank Investment Management, IRA, and Non-Trust Accounts in compliance with legal and fiduciary regulations, policies and procedures. Performs administrative account reviews and activities with minimal complexity and supports investment management for a limited portfolio, utilizing PNC Private Bank systems. Collaborates with internal partners to solve problems and escalates anticipated or known account issues and concerns. Emphasis on customer-focused service, risk management, and fiduciary responsibilities as part of delivering solutions within a regulated financial environment. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA and is an in-office position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
