Job Summary
Portfolio Administrator role supporting Portfolio Managers in overseeing a large Los Angeles industrial real estate portfolio; responsibilities include processing invoices and rent-related documentation, supporting monthly rent roll preparation and distributions, preparing tenant notifications and lease compliance, maintaining Yardi Elevate system data, assisting with acquisitions/dispositions, communicating with tenants and vendors on maintenance issues, managing tenant portal payments and work orders, budgeting support, contract documentation and approvals, and helping with move-ins/move-outs and insurance certificates; requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of customer service/property management experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid office/remote environment; compensation aligns with a base hourly rate of $27.40-$32.21 with annualized equivalent $57,000-$67,000, plus bonus targets and stock incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent commercial property management experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or related property management support roles
- Experience with Yardi Elevate or similar property management software is preferred
- Able to prepare and manage invoices, rent rolls, and budgets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote setting
- Demonstrated ability to support acquisition and disposition transitions
- Knowledge of lease administration and tenant communications
