Job Summary
Compile quarterly IFRS compliant combined financial statements and prepare management reporting on fund performance, including Net Asset Values, NOI, Capex, and Debt. Reconcile the portfolio level general ledger, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions while maintaining records for legal and tax compliance. Document complex transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and fair value adjustments, and consolidate annual budgets into portfolio forecasts. Coordinate with Investment Management, Treasury, and Legal groups to ensure accurate reporting and assist with year-end audit procedures. Manage time effectively across multiple portfolios with competing deadlines to resolve issues timely.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in mid-level of the CPA program
- 2+ years related experience in accounting/financial analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel & Word
- Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
- Organized
