Protect and promote the Whataburger brand while guaranteeing customers a hot, freshly prepared product of the highest quality. Operate designated food production or customer service stations, stock drink, fry, and dining room areas, and maintain proper par levels using FIFO procedures. Prepare all produce items, follow established recipes, and achieve certification in specific stations and sanitation protocols. Clean customer service areas, dining rooms, and restrooms; mop spills immediately; and notify management of equipment failures or temperature issues. Answer the phone courteously, handle cash according to company policies, and participate in sales promotions. Arrive at the restaurant in a clean, complete uniform with sufficient lead time to report for work.
