Protect and promote the Whataburger brand while ensuring each customer receives a hot, freshly prepared product of the highest quality. Operate designated food production or customer service stations, stock drink, fry, and dining room areas, and accurately state menu items and ingredients. Maintain all utensils and equipment, clean customer service zones including restrooms and dining rooms, and dispose of trash properly. Achieve certification in specific stations and cleaning procedures, attend required meetings and training, and notify management of schedule changes or equipment failures. Follow company policies, cash handling guidelines, and First-In/First-Out storage procedures while lifting up to 50 lbs.
