Protect and promote the Whataburger brand while ensuring every customer receives a hot, freshly prepared product of the highest quality. Operate designated food production or customer service stations, stock drink, fry, and dining room areas, and maintain proper par levels using First-In/First-Out procedures. Prepare produce, clean customer service zones including restrooms and dining rooms, and perform maintenance tasks as scheduled. Answer the phone courteously, handle cash according to company policy, and achieve certification in specific stations and sanitation procedures. Report equipment failures or leaks to management immediately and notify the team of any schedule conflicts with sufficient lead time.
