Job Summary
Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal by managing trash removal, grounds, pools, parking lots, and common areas. Ensure amenity functionality and safety while assisting with unit turnovers by removing resident items. Deliver notices, address debris or hazards, and provide emergency on-call maintenance support. Work independently following company standards with a focus on resident satisfaction. This role requires outdoor work in various weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach to maintaining company standards
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): Over 75 lbs. Rare need
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): 25 – 75 lbs. Occasional need
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): 1 – 25 lbs. Constant need
- Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
