Job Summary
The Porter maintains cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, pools and spas, parking lots, breezeways and common areas; ensures amenities are clean, functional, and safe; assists with the unit turnover process by removing items left by previous residents; delivers notices, handles trash removal, and addresses debris or hazards; works independently while upholding company standards and resident satisfaction; provides emergency and on-call maintenance support and supports the team with other duties as needed to maintain property standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
