Job Summary
Porter at Union Square Hospitality Group’s Daily Provisions role responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including ware washing, sanitation, and adherence to food-safety standards. Responsibilities include supporting the kitchen team with keeping cookware and storage containers in good condition, learning and following standard operating procedures for sanitation, assisting with station turnover, and performing additional duties as needed to support team objectives. The ideal candidate learns quickly, works well in a team, and commits to Enlightened Hospitality and guest care. Compensation is $17/hour with full-time, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen support position within a similar environment
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
