Job Summary
Wash pots and pans, maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness, and ensure adherence to proper sanitation standards. Partner with the kitchen team to keep cookware in good shape, manage station turnover, and follow cleaning project schedules. Work in a team environment while displaying cooperation, urgency, and care for food safety. At Union Square Hospitality Group, Porters help extend Enlightened Hospitality through high-integrity performance of ware washing and facility maintenance duties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen support position within full-service restaurant
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
