Job Summary
Wash pots and pans, maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness, and ensure adherence to proper sanitation standards. Partner with the kitchen team to keep cookware in good shape, manage station turnover, and execute end-of-shift breakdowns. Learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while following the cleaning project schedule. Handle multiple daily responsibilities with a focus on food safety and facility maintenance. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen support position within a similar environment
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
