Job Summary
Porter needed for The Hotel Windsor’s Concierge team (Full-Time). You will greet guests, attend arrivals and departures, assist with guest errands and requests, handle luggage and deliveries to rooms, provide information on the hotel and local restaurants, and park guest cars as required. You should have solid knowledge of Melbourne/Victoria area, strong people skills, and a positive attitude. Opera knowledge is advantageous. Requirements include one year of experience in a similar role or a 5-star hotel environment and an Australian Manual Drivers Licence. The role offers permanent employment in a prime Melbourne CBD location with staff benefits.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience in a similar role or 5-star hotel environment
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Strong customer service skills
- Communication and time management skills
- Previous Opera knowledge will be highly regarded
