Porter - The Morrison

Deliver courteous, efficient customer service by handling resident issues, distributing notices, and reporting unusual circumstances. Maintain building and grounds appearance through assigned maintenance, vendor coordination, and vacant unit preparation. Operate within OSHA standards and Fair Housing rules while managing inventory of supplies and equipment. Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances as needed. Complete assigned training and attend staff meetings. Work Monday through Sunday, six hours per week at $18, with a flexible schedule.
