Porter

The Porter role focuses on maintaining the community’s appearance and cleanliness, delivering excellent resident customer service, and supporting turnover activities. Responsibilities include removing trash from common areas, sweeping curbs and walkways, cleaning the pool, pool deck, restrooms, clubhouse, fitness room, and model units; handling “trash-out” duties for vacated units; assisting with annual turnover and move-in/move-out procedures. Required/preferred skills include housekeeping experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to sit, lift, and bend for extended periods. The position is full-time with a schedule of 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights or weekends as business needs dictate. No visa sponsorship is available.
