Porter - The Ericsson

The Porter will maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of Redwood Communities properties by performing landscaping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs to support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, lawn care, plant maintenance, upkeep of walkways and parking areas, snow removal if applicable, maintenance of tools and equipment, reporting maintenance concerns to the Property Manager, executing routine janitorial duties, and assisting the maintenance team as needed. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional, ethical approach are essential, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Background checks and I-9 compliance are required, and the role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, in Akron, OH.
