Job Summary
Conduct cleaning in common areas and vacant apartments, maintain exterior grounds, and collect and sort trash. Perform snow removal duties including salting and shoveling during inclement weather. Execute minor handy work such as changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-ups. Heavy lifting of 50+ lbs is required. Weekend, overnight, and overtime availability is mandatory. This role supports Clinton Management's portfolio of moderate income housing, luxury apartments, and commercial properties in the Bronx.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of Porter experience
- Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.)
- Availability to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime
