Porter - The District

Maintains the community’s physical areas and supports the service team by performing tasks such as daily inspections to keep common areas clean, removing litter, trash from vacant apartments prior to turnover, and assisting with the make-ready process. Handles routine service requests, changes locks per policy, ensures pool gates function correctly, distributes notices, and communicates hazards to supervisors. Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns, and adheres to safety and OSHA-related training. Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in varied weather, lift up to 50 pounds (25 pounds alone), and occasionally travel to assist other properties. Requires a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly wage range $20.00–$22.00.
