Job Summary
Conduct detailed cleaning of assigned areas including washing buildings, cleaning amenities, clubhouses, bathrooms, and pool areas. Perform apartment turnovers for resident move-ins and oversee vendor work. Assist with light maintenance, deliver packages and mail to occupied units, and identify hazards such as burnt-out lights or water pools. Promote positive customer interactions while maintaining safety standards during trash disposal and waste removal. Schedule may require weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to move in and out of a variety of positions which include the following: sitting, standing, walking, squatting, stair and ladder climbing, kneeling, belly crawling, overhead reaching, lifting, & carrying
- Ability to push and pull up to 120 pounds of force
- Ability to lift below waist up to 50 pounds and above waist 36 lbs
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Multilingual ability
- Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Regular, consistent, and timely attendance
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Must have a clean driving record
