Complete final apartment cleaning during unit turnover after maintenance renovations. Maintain trash rooms, remove exterior trash, and clean hallways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Deliver property management notices and perform light maintenance tasks like clearing leaves from drains and replacing light bulbs. Walk the property daily collecting trash and assisting vendors with unit access. Requires Monday-Friday 8am-12pm schedule with rotating on-call; must live within 30 minutes of Northampton, hold a valid driver's license, and own transportation. $150 weekly on-call premium plus time-and-a-half emergency rates.
